Please provide our office with your email address and mobile phone number so that we can send you a status notification regarding your Vote-by-Mail ballot through Ballottrax.  You can unsubscribe from these notifications at any time.

Once you have signed up with Ballottrax, you will receive notifications for when your ballot has been printed, mailed, and counted. You will also be alerted if there is an issue with your ballot and notified to contact the elections office to ensure your vote is counted. You may opt-out at any time and your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be sold or disclosed to third parties.

If your voter record is protected, you will not be able to receive updates via “Ballottrax.”  However, you can still click here to sign up for the USPS informed delivery feature.

Attention Candidates

Please be informed of the name, location, and address of the qualifying office for Broward County candidates who qualify with the Broward County Supervisor of Elections:

8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Monday through Friday

Note: The Supervisor of Elections’ Office will begin accepting qualifying documents on May 27, 2024. While Supervisor of Elections’ offices are closed on Memorial Day, qualifying documents can still be placed in the secure drop-box located just inside the front lobby doors of the Governmental Center, 115 S. Andrews Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on May 27, 2024. The main office at the Governmental Center will reopen at 8:30 a.m. the following day.

Form 1 Statement of Financial Interest

Beginning January 1, 2024, each person required to file a Statement of Financial Interest (Form 1) will be required to do so electronically with the Florida Commission on Ethics via the new Electronic Financial Disclosure Management System (EFDMS). It will begin with the e-filing of the 2023 Form 1, Form 1X, and 2024 Form 1F.

Local officers that are required to file the Form 1 and Form 1X for 2022 and prior, as well as, Form 1F for 2023 and prior will need to submit the paper version of the form with the Supervisor of Elections office of the county in which they reside.
